Susan is a self-proclaimed fitness guru. She started running in her twenties and teaching fitness and cycling classes in her thirties for all the cross-training benefits. She has certifications in personal training, yoga, and nutrition, and loves to help others reach their goals. As an instructor, Susan wants her riders to feel strong, confident, and happy after each and every ride. She loves seeing her riders get fit and healthy—not only physically, but mentally, too. Her rides are fun, challenging, and meaningful. When Susan’s not on a bike, you’ll find her taking or teaching a yoga class, walking her lab, or hanging out with her husband and three teenage kids.
