A few years ago, Eli was over 230 pounds. He realized he needed a major lifestyle change, but wasn’t getting what he wanted out of solo cardio sessions. That’s when he decided to try an indoor cycling class. He immediately fell in love with the high energy and the good sweat, and was amazed at how quickly a class could pass by. Now, he’s an “attorney by day, and a CycleStar Instructor at the butt-crack of dawn.” He wants to motivate his riders to get out of their comfort zones and realize their potential — both on the saddle and in their daily lives.
